I can’t believe it’s been almost two years since we first met this super sweet couple. It feels like just last month that we did their Longwood Gardens engagement session. So we were super excited when their wedding day rolled around this October. We love doing fall New Jersey weddings and the historic Smithville Inn wedding venue was the perfect place. I was really glad they had their wedding on Friday because Smithville gets much more crowded during the weekends.

Jen and Tim met online just like Al and I did. He proposed to her at her birthday party with all of her family around. That is just so perfect and sweet. Tim has a beautiful 10 year old daughter named Giana. You can really tell how much Jen and her adore each other. It was great capturing so many little moments between the two of them throughout the day.

Despite it’s threatening to rain, it actually held off for the most part. There were a couple little drizzles here and there once we started the wedding party photos so we wrapped them up a little quicker than normal. But it blew over and stayed clear for their outdoor wedding. No matter the weather, we had so much fun with the two them getting photos all around Smithville. Then when their wedding party joined them, we headed over to the carousel and that cool little train. Choo-choo!

Best Day Ever!

Jen looked absolutely stunning in her dress that she got at Bridal by Cyndi in Turnersville. And all the girls looked awesome as well. They got their dresses at The Right Fit in Sewell. Tim and all his guys looked awesome as well. I love when guys wear a more colorful suit. They all got theirs at Ozzys in Haddonfield. And the photos of the two of them I think perfectly describes them. There were beautiful ones, silly ones and lots of smiles!!! The two of them had a smile on their face from the moment we saw them until the time we said good night. I think one of the funniest moments of the day was when Jen’s dad gave a toast. He pulled out a Wilson soccer ball. You may remember the movie reference LOL!! And since Tim’s last name is Wilson it was definitely a funny moment!

The Reception at The Smithville Inn was wonderful. The staff is amazing to work with and everyone was just so helpful and so nice! And the dance floor stayed packed thanks to the awesome sounds of The Deck Band.

Later during the reception we were able to get outside a bit for a few fun night shots. This was one of the locations we were going to shoot earlier but the rain cut that short. We were even able to get in a few fun BG Family shots. Thanks to our awesome second photographer Matt. We want to thank him for all his amazing work as well as Wyn who worked with us on second shooting video. We know Jen and Tim had an awesome time on their Honeymoon in Cancun and we loved seeing the photos they posted on FB!
