Philadelphia’s Cescaphe Water Works Wedding | Nicole & Rick

Philadelphia’s Cescaphe Water Works is such a beautiful place to have a wedding. It’s great any time of year, but this September we were holding on to every last bit of summer. Nicole and Rick’s Cescaphe Water Works wedding was truly waterworks – it rained all. day. Absolutely poured, but that is so ok because we still found lots of indoor options for photos. Of course, when you think of your dream wedding day it’s probably not raining. But if that does happen (there’s no way to predict it so no reason to stress!) don’t let it get you down. We can always still get great photos of your day. And even though it rained this day, it was the most beautiful day ever. And a special shout out to Beautiful Blooms who did an AMAZING job with the flowers at the reception tent – so so beautiful.

Nicole and Rick got ready at her parent’s house. And it was fully decorated with flowers, balloons and all in their wedding colors. They did their first look there as well which was perfect. There was lots of space and mirrors and I find it’s a GREAT alternative to cramming into a hotel room. You will see some extra photos of her cousin (she calls her sis) and his brother – they are getting married soon too! I love a close-knit family, and they will have double date partners forever!

We love big weddings

Big weddings are so fun! Nicole and Rick are actively part of the Portuguese community. And they had a lot of friends and family come from Portugal to share in their festivities. Traveling for a wedding can be tough sometimes and not always possible but it is so amazing when people travel across the world to share in the love of the ones they love. Nic and Rick appreciate it so much!

We knew then that their wedding was going to be so fun and a total breeze. I mean it really makes our job easy when you have such beauty inside and out. They are so passionate together and are so in love. Just madly in love – and that’s how it should be. We are so happy you two found each other and can spend the rest of your lives together.
