Wedding at Tendenza in Philadelphia | Laurie & Nick
We love fall weddings! And this wedding at Tendenza in Philadelphia was totally amazing. Our lead associate photographer Jen led the team with Annie and Al on video. They are seriously the sweetest couple. (We say that a lot but it’s because our clients are sjust so amazing). Laurie might have been the most excited bride ever, what a sweetheart! And her dress, WOW! Nick’s best man was is father – how awesome is that.
This wedding is so colorful and I love that about it. They all walked around Fishtown and got photos in front of all the coolest murals around that part of town. There are so many colorful options in that area. We even made a pit stop at Frankford Hall – where they got engaged! The perfect place for a wedding photo! And then they made their way over to their Philly venue: Tendenza.
How We Met
We first met Laurie and Nick when we filmed their friends Sarah and TJ’s wedding at Springton Manor Farm. I think they saw the quality photos that their friends have from their wedding and saw how fun we are to work with. Thank you two for choosing us! TJ actually sang and played guitar for Lauren and Nick’s first dance photos. It’s things like that where you feel like one big family, us included.
How They Met
You’ll have to look ahead to the photos of their wedding cake for a little hint. Spoiler: they met on an airplane! On a plane you’re usually stuck next to some snoring man or someone who has no concept of personal space right. Well these two found their soulmates that way. They ended up sitting next to each other and the rest is history. So next time you’re flying, be nice to the person next to you. You might end up marrying them!
