Main Line Wedding Photography at Villanova Inn || Andrea & John

We really loved capturing Andrea and John’s main line wedding photography at Villanova Inn! They are such a sweet couple and really fun to be around. We had a ton of time for getting ready photos which was so awesome. John is super laid back and his groomsmen were Andrea’s brothers. And Andrea was surrounded by her besties and 2 very cute flower girls. The whole day was supposed to be a complete wash out so we prepared ourselves with indoor options, overhangs at this historical venue and enough clear umbrellas to go around.

But to our surprise we didn’t have ANY rain at all at the times we could get outside for photos. Yes, things were wet and it did rain when we were inside. But we were good to go to get amazing portraits outside of the Inn at Villanova. And it’s such a pretty backdrop, especially this time of year with the fall colors behind them.

After a super sweet first look at the Inn on one of their beautiful staircases, we got all of Andrea and John’s portraits and wedding party photos too. Andrea is such a cool chick, she even rocked her leather jacket for some of the photos. And you know John was looking dapper in his custom Indochino suit. After portraits, they their ceremony at the big and beautiful Bryn Mawr Presbyterian church just down the road. And then it was time to head back to the party!

And quite the party it was at the Inn at Villanova

Andrea’s family is Puerto Rican and they really knew how to be on that dance floor. With EBE Amsterdam keeping the party going (we love live bands for weddings!) everybody truly enjoyed themselves. This was definitely the party of the year. And being close to Halloween they had a whole candy bar in the back of the room. Complete with spooky decorations (perfect for some cool wedding ring photos) and pumpkins throughout the decor.

We recently did photo and video at the Inn at Villanova for Jacquelyn and Jaime. The space was set up so different both times so it was fun to see how they managed to make it look for different weddings. Elegant Events did an amazing job with the setup and they were so awesome and helpful to us as well.

Shout out to the whole BMO team – Cat, Al, Brian and Melanie for a great day!
